Zephyr was the last survivor of humanity, a witness to mankind’s defeat at the hands of demons. The gods watched for entertainment as demons massacred humans, treating them like animals in a zoo. In the end, they granted Zephyr a chance to return 10 years into the past, thinking he could do no real harm. They were wrong.
Zephyr clenched his fists, remembering the ruins of the world, the piles of corpses, the demons’ fangs dripping with blood. The past was a chance for vengeance, not mercy. The disgusting gods and demons would pay for toying with human lives. As he opened his eyes again at the familiar streets bustling with people, determination flamed in his heart.
Zephyr trained and prepared, waiting for the demons to emerge. He would become the doom bringer of those who destroyed his world. When the demons arrived and begun their massacre, Zephyr was ready. With powers honed to perfection, he tore through their ranks, obliterating demons that decimated humanity. The gods watched in shock and anger as their pawns fell and plans crumbled.
Zephyr hunted down every last demon, but his vengeance was not yet complete. He turned his eyes to the heavens where the gods resided, complacent in their power. They would soon regret giving a human the power of time travel.
The Earth was transformed into a giant manga. Zephyr descended from the skies like an avenging angel, invincible and unstoppable in his rage. The gods threw their champions and disasters at him, but nothing could stand in his way. In the end, heaven was left in ruins, the age of the gods brought to an end.
Zephyr gazed at the world below, finally at peace. Mankind was safe and able to forge their own destiny without the meddling of cruel, selfish deities. His quest for vengeance complete, Zephyr could finally rest. The doom breaker, the slayer of gods, closed his eyes with a heart unburdened by hatred and regret. Mankind’s future was secure and his duty complete. The world entered a new age of mankind.
