This is what i think. The one who suicide is the admin with the glasses, he pretend to be one of the player and pretend to suicide to make them confuse and fight each other. Yuuichi use that to make them suspicious to him because he have different task. Yuuichi not actually avoiding Shiho but actually giving her the password “trust” or “murder”. About Shibe i think he was just trying to get Shiho’s trust because they plotting something

Why are all these people dumb and yet made it this far? You don’t need to exchange passwords at all. You just need to tell your password to someone. You could even tell your real password as a normal phrase in a sentence like “enemy” and then tell people your password is “truth”. A true master would have made their password be “Password” So every time they said “My password is” Followed by anything, it would count.

The task was to ‘tell someone else your password’, not exchange them. He already dropped the password when he spoke out loud to everyone. He emphasized “Enemy” so it’s probably a different word than that.

That may just have been a translation error. The task may actually be to exchange passwords with one another. It seems absurd to believe the entire group misunderstood the 1st task. My assumption is that he either exchanged passwords with the admin lady and had her pretend to commit suicide to put doubts on everyone or he never received the original task at all (seems unfair though so I think my other assumption is correct).
Or you are correct and he technically gave everyone the password out loud and there was no translation error, but I honestly think it was an error as they have popped up before.

They did not misunderstood the task mate. It was only to tell your password to others.
They are only thinking logically cuz in this situation no one wants to share his/her password with more than one person so it´s just logical that the safest way is to “exchange” with only one person. 😀
