A lot of people thinks Yuuichi or the daughter done it but that just doesn’t make sense.
It’s isn’t the daughter : the father has been killed because he was about to reveal Yuuichi an his partner’s goal, the password’s yuuchi gave to the father was his accomplice’s one so the father would have recognized it if it was his daughter’s one.
And Yuuichi wasn’t at a place were he could cut the electricity, conclusion it’s simply his accomplice who done it.

Honestly i think the deja vu is related to the prison game, particularly with this messaage at the end. I think yuuichi “begged to exchange” passwords with everyone, so everybody thinks they have a leg up on everyone else and he is going to slowly use that to get people kicked out.

I think he told everyone his password when they all first met, or gave the impression he did. The rule isn’t exchange, just tell someone, and he just said it in a way no-one would realize it’s his password while also manipulating everyone into thinking only of exchanging passwords, and the person who helped him do that was the Hokuto lady. So I bet she did the same thing, they both noticed, and are teaming up similar to the jail/key game. That’s why there’s deja vu. He told some of them fake passwords in private, just like the fake keys, so people think they are safe but really have no clue, and the password Hokuto thinks is his is probably “enemy”, but i doubt that’s all to it. Also, the fact that she is the sister of one of the participants in that jail game, and so knows how yuuichi operates, is a big clue.

How would the daughter have pulled that off? That would require her to have:
1) A sword that’s almost as big as her, which would be impossible to hide on herself,
2) Super speed, to go from Yuuichi’s embrace and back to Shiho’s (on top of writing the message on the wall),
3) Night vision, since Nagi was killed in pitch black darkness, AND
4) A stool to write the message, since Reika’s too short to reach that high on the wall.
It’s way more likely that the administrators killed him, as a penalty for getting Yuuichi’s password wrong,
